• One-time passwords (OTP) — sent to your email for login verification, email confirmation, and send confirmations; OTP codes expire and are not stored long-term
• Trusted device records — to detect and protect against unauthorized logins from new devices

Push Notifications

• Push notification token (FCM) — if you enable notifications, we store your device's push token to send alerts about deposits, transactions, and security events. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

Technical Data

• IP address — collected automatically in server logs for security and fraud prevention
• Request timestamps — for rate limiting and audit purposes

• We do not collect your private keys or seed phrases on our servers — wallet keys are managed securely within our infrastructure and are never exposed to third parties or other users

• We do not access your device's contacts, photos, microphone, or location unless explicitly required by a feature you enable (currently, none of these are accessed)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate CoinZic:

• Blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and others) — transaction data is recorded on public blockchains and is inherently public
• Blockchain infrastructure providers — to monitor deposits and broadcast transactions
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — to deliver push notifications to Android devices
• Email delivery services — to send verification and security codes

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained to comply with financial record-keeping requirements and to support your account history. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
