Delete Your CoinZic Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your CoinZic account and associated data from our mobile app and website. You can delete your account using either method below.

Option 1: Delete via Website

1. Sign in at https://coinzic.com/login
2. Go to Profile from your dashboard
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section
4. Click Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, email us to request deletion:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include the email address registered with your CoinZic account
4. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your name and email address
• Your password and authentication tokens
• Trusted device records and device identifiers
• Push notification tokens
• Wallet addresses linked to your account (internal records)
• Transaction history stored on our servers
• Account balances and portfolio data stored on our servers

What Data May Be Retained

• Blockchain transactions — Any cryptocurrency transactions already broadcast to public blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, etc.) cannot be deleted. These records are public and permanent by nature of the blockchain.
• Server logs — Anonymized security and access logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Legal requirements — We may retain certain data longer if required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

Before You Delete

• Withdraw or transfer any remaining cryptocurrency balances before deleting your account
• Download or save any transaction history you wish to keep — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Deleting your account will log you out of all devices immediately
